I am a 45 year old woman who has lived an extraordinary life shaped by both choice and circumstance. By the age of 23, I had lived on 3 continents - Africa, Europe, Australia and discovered that while our cultures may differ, our core human desires unite us all.

With a Master's in Clinical Pscyhology and years of experience practicing and studying both Eastern and Western philosophies, I've learnt to embrace life as it is. This journey has taught me to take full responisibility for my circumstances, show up with curiosity and presence, and live with authenticity.
